I am getting a bigger tummy, but I feel great! We can see Jake kick and move all the time.

On Thursday night Jake moved for over an hour. We think this is when he made his big turn facing downward. This is a 2D sonogram. He would only give us a profile, but we can see his hands and tummy too. We should have his arrival date on my next appointment May 21st.7 weeks to go!!!!!
Baby Shower 4/28/07
Thank you Amy, Andrea, Gretchen and Kendra for hosting such a fun shower.
Mom and Cath were able to fly in and to share in this speical day.
David and I are very thankful for all the wonderful gifts from our family and friends.
We are looking forward to Jake's arrival in 8 weeks.

Jake's weight is now 3 pounds and 1 ounce. Most babies at 28 weeks are 2 pounds 4 ounces. Dr. Moser said he is above average in all the measurements we had today. She commented on his pouty lips and said "it looks like we have a Gerber Baby in the making". Currently he is in a breech position and we hope he will turn by the May 21st doctor's appointment.
